Affiliate Bootcamp 3: Find & Share Your Zazzle Links

How to locate and share your affiliate ID to make money.

If you’ve gotten through bootcamp part 1 and part 2, it’s time to find you some tasty links to promote.

Here is what you’ll learn in this super short lesson:

  • Where and how to pick a product to promote on Zazzle
• Finding your affiliate links and sharing options

#Step 1: Find A Product To Promote

First, find a product that you want to promote from our Zazzle store.

Once you get there, you will see the view below. Navigate to where it says ‘CATEGORY’, and pick the type of product you want to promote.

Click on the image of the product you want to sell, and it will take you to the main product page.

#Step 2: Get Your Affiliate Links

Once you land on the product page, you’ll see the link section below the product image. You can share to e-mail, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, and on your own blog or website.
(Yes, you can use the link feature to share on other social media platforms as well.)

The sharing links look a bit different, depending on which you choose. We’ll take a quick look at the link/website share option, just so you know what to expect.

The coloured fields you see here show where your unique affiliate ID is located. You don’t have to worry about adding it yourself, as Zazzle does that automatically when you are logged in.

When you share a link to your website or blog, you have the option of choosing the size of the images. The big share (seen on the image above) is set to 325px. The small one is 125px.

P.S.
Depending on your blog or website settings, these images could show up a different size than intended. If the default on your site is that all images show as 500px, or at 175%, chances are these images will too. You may have to tweak your settings to get them to display correctly.

The social sharing options you are probably already familiar with, so they don’t need much explanation.

In short, Twitter adds your product name automatically to the tweet, Facebook doesn’t. And on Pinterest, you have to select a board to pin the product link to.

That’s about it.
